This compelling cabochon-cut sapphire of 44.98 cts., set in 18K yellow gold, shows a distinct star. An encrusting 928 tsavorite garnets, of rich natural green coloration, weigh 2.06 cts. and adorn the sinuous setting, while a tiered double halo frames the center stone.
